Part of the new MX FUEL battery platform of light equipment targeting sight work and heavy construction. By far the tallest and most powerful light in Milwaukee's portfolio. It was envisioned to be portable and versatile to compete against ultra high output diesel-powered lights.

This project began with a considerable amount of field research to uncover insights into early site work and high-powered site wide lighting. We knew very little going in but quickly discovered that existing solutions could throw an immense amount of light, but were generally stationary due to their size. We focused on a solution that was:

Easy to deploy: powered mast, auto-leveling outriggers

Easy to manipulate: consolidated UI panel showing light output, charging feedback and battery state of charge

Easy to move: built-in dolly wheels, ability to skid out of a truck and hoist point for crane picks
It is a new-to-world solution that is unrivaled in versatility at its scale and light output.
