A unique offering for Milwaukee that combines a portion of the heated gear line with traditional workwear.
This program was envisioned as outer shells that work seamlessly with Milwaukee AXIS heated jackets. The result is a 3-n-1 system that can change with user's preference, season or jobsite environment.

JOBSITE SHELLS PROGRAM
HYDROBREAK & GRIDIRON - JOBSITE SHELLS
Milwaukee's 2019 apparel additions built upon the success of the AXIS jackets and vests launched the previous year. A plan that started in 2018 expanded with two different jobsite shells that are meant to pair as an outer shell for AXIS and offer thoughtful compatibility.
This project was completed with the help of SY Design & Point White Design.
HYDROBREAK RAINSHELL

EXPOSURE: waterproof, breathable, fully taped & DWR finish

MOVEMENT: made to move and layer comfortably with AXIS jackets

ABRASION: bulked up rainshell fabric, 150D with abrasion resistant oxford cloth thoughtfully patterned were needed

BONUS: protected pass-through on yoke seam to access power button of heated jacket below
GRIDIRON WORKSHELL

EXPOSURE: insulation throughout, with zip-through collar

MOVEMENT: cut for movement, with additional action pleats

ABRASION: jobsite-tested GRIDIRON fabric throughout

BONUS: 3-n-1 zip-in compatibility plus pass-through for power button and battery
